Purpose of data storage

The website administrator, LEEMETA, specializirane prevajalske rešitve, d.o.o., guarantees a high level of personal data protection and commits to carefully storing all received personal data listed in the registration form and using it solely for the purpose of analysing data on course participants, direct marketing (sending offers, event invitations, e-newsletters, and conducting telephone and electronic surveys), and will not forward it to third parties without the consent of the individuals to whom the data relates.

Permission for processing personal data

By completing the registration form and confirming their consent, applicants permit the processing of their personal data and data of persons listed in the registration form for the purpose described above, for which they hold all necessary authorisations. Individuals listed in the registration form have the right to access their personal data and the right to correct or update their data, or to request that Leemeta, d.o.o. permanently or temporarily ceases to use their personal data.

Data

• For the purposes of business operations on www.prevodi.si, we collect user data, which is typically limited to email address, first and last name, address and place of residence, contact phone number, and certain other data that users enter into forms on the prevodi.si website.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users.
• For security purposes, we also collect IP addresses from which users access the website. Each user is assigned a session cookie at the beginning of their visit for identification and tracking purposes. Certain permanent cookies may also be saved to your computer, including: the user identification number in encrypted form (for recognition on the next visit), and four Google Analytics cookies (for website visit analysis).
• All of the above data, except cookies, is stored permanently on the prevodi.si server. Session cookies are stored in the server memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity, while permanent cookies are stored on the visitor's computer.

Exceptional disclosure of personal data

Data collected and processed on the prevodi.si website will only be disclosed if required by law, or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other government bodies, and for the protection and exercise of the legitimate interests of LEEMETA, specializirane prevajalske rešitve, d.o.o.
